Every doctor I see seems to have different ideas on thyroid treatment and which levels are considered normal. I got my labs back this morning, and a call from the OBs office stating my levels are out of whack and to take my labs to my endo (which I don't have) Im so confused at this point I have no idea what is normal anymore. Do any of you lovely ladies know what the normal ranges are for T3, free T4 and the antibodies?

I have had hypothyroidism for a few years. There are different opinions on the "normal range" but do you know what your levels were? In order to have a better idea of what is going on with your thyroid you have to look at the full thyroid panel (TSH, T3 and T4). It is definitely something for your PCP to further work up or you could see a endocrinologist
It is not uncommen to have your Thyroid function to be abnormal after a critical illness, trauma, stress, and many other disorders; which is called euthyroid and usually is not treated in the acute setting. However, people need follow up and further testing.

The only numbers the sheet had Adidas first tri .42.6 but i don't know which thing that is for?? TSH, T3 T4?
These ranges came from an email that my endo sent:
TSH--- between 0.4 - 4.5
Free T4 --- between 0.8 - 1.8
Total T4---- between 4.5 - 12
My endo wants my TSH to be around 1 for TTC.
Hope this helps.
Ok, so you have hypothyroidism. I'm guessing that's your TSH. If your TSH is 42.6, then you need your Synthroid adjusted ASAP and follow up labs in 6 weeks. Have you been on thyroid replacement? My OB / RE want my TSH to be about 1 when TTC.
