Anyone else experience this after a d&c?

Hi ladies, just wondering if anyone had some input on this situation. I had a d&c done on Thursday. I had a fever and some intense cramping on Saturday so I went to urgent care. They ran some tests but couldn't find anything wrong so they sent me home. Tonight I started passing pretty big clots but I no longer have a fever.

Has anyone else experienced passing clots after a d&c or a brief fever? I don't want to call the doctor again and have more tests done if this may be normal.

    I didn't have any cramping or fever. I did have a few clots pass about 2 days after my d and c but after a day or so it was just spotting to a light period. I'm glad your fever went away. It can't hurt to call your dr and check in if you are still concerned.

     **BFP#2 9/12/13  EDD 5/16/14 changed to 5/27/14 after u/s, hb 126 on 10/11/13, miscarriage on 10/24.13**
    ~RPL testing results from 12/6/13 show everything normal except elevated prolactin. Blood work is now in the normal range. All AL welcome!

    Sorry for your loss.

    Yes, about two days after my DnC I had a day of very heavy bleeding with LOTS of clots. After going to the ER I was sent home and told it was normal.

    Thanks so much for the replys! I ended up calling the doctor this morning for some peace of mind and she told me it is normal. She said it sounds like my body still had some blood it needed to get out and the bleeding should stop soon.
