We have one of these in every room but most of them are hidden behind furniture or out of DD's reach. this one in the kitchen isn't and I am so worried she's going to grab on to it as she walks by (the doorway in the picture is the main one we use all day long to go from there to the living room). I have no idea what to do to protect it! help!
sorry! i can't get it to show up the right way!
Re: thoughts on how to baby proof this heater?
How hot does it get? We have radiator heat as well but it doesn't really get THAT warm. I have touched it many times and it is never been anywhere near warm enough to burn. That being said, I have taught Natalie not to touch it anyhow. If it does get really hot is there a way you can turn your thermostat down so it isn't dangerous?
I found this website with ideas for childproofing radiators. https://www.achildgrows.com/childproofing-and-safety/

I agree with pp that maybe you can make a cover for it like this...
We have a wood stove and we bought this to keep DS away from it. The nice thing is that you can take it apart into however many sections you need. It is $60 I think at Walmart.
