I have had 2 orders cancelled on me well after they were supposed to ship. The second one just happened today. I have emailed them about the first one and never got a response back. When I called today they said the SKUs were messed up on the Halo sleep sacks and if I wanted the rest of my order before Christmas (which was supposed to ship 5 days ago) then I would have to cancel my sleep sack order. When I complained that I was tired of all of this they told me that I should not buy from their style of company if I want my stuff right away. I told them that I buy from Zulily and never have these issues. Anyway, they cancelled my rain boots, cancelled the sleep sack and now maybe I can get the rest of the stuff I ordered in October before Christmas.

ETS: I told the lady on the phone that their business model is "Buyer beware".

Honestly, I think I've posted this before, but I have heard SO many horror stories about Totsy.  I've never used them.  I use all the other sites and have never had a problem.

me too.  i had an order cancelled and the only reason it got cancelled was because i followed up a few weeks after it was supposed to ship to check in on the status.  later they emailed and said they didnt' have enough from the manufacturer or some BS like that. 

 I personally think it was because i live in Hawaii and they didnt want to pay the cost of shipping (i had a free shipping code) to send the bonita butterfly rocker to me.
