Question about travel

When we go to Europe for three weeks, I will be dealing with time change. I pump at 4am after LO eats the first time to get my most output for the day. I do not want to drop this session as I need to get right beckon track with pumping schedule when we return and I have to go back to work. I decided I will keep the session and have two options. Pump at 11am since that is 4 am my time or allow body to adjust to new time and deal with the one or two days of adjustment. My question is, won't my body automatically adjust to give me most output at the new four AM time? So to pump at 11 maybe doesn't make sense ?

Re: Question about travel

  • I think your body will adjust.  The reason you pump the most at 4am is because you've been asleep for all of those hours before.  Most people say their biggest output is first thing in the morning, and I know that's true for me too.  So I think when you wake up there, you'll see the biggest output.
