Hi!

 

I will be 35 on Friday, married for 6 years, TTC off and on since June.  Nothing so far.  Question - when do you count the first day of your cycle?  The first day of spotting dark brown, or first day of red blood?  I have seen different answers.  I have always counted the first day of spotting, but that may explain things if I should be counting the other way.

    The first day of your cycle is the first day of full flow. I spot a day or two before I actually need a tampon/pad. So the first day I need a tampon is day 1.
