I asked my doc about taking it and they told me no. I can't sleep for crap. I wish I could take it

7/5/11 MC at 8 weeks. 5/17/12 BFP, twins EDD 1/20/13! 6/20/12 Baby B's heart has stopped beating. 8/31/12 Baby A is a boy! And is perfectly healthy and thriving. 1/19/2013 emergency c-section, Thoren is perfect. 3/1/2013 told i will never be able to conceive again. 12/16/13 told they were wrong!
I might ask again about this and find out why they said no. I'll have to look into it and see what the reasoning is behind the no. I have pretty bad insomnia sometimes and pregnancy makes it worse.

I have the target brand of sleep aid which is the just the ingredient in Tylenol PM that makes you sleepy without the pain medication. It was on the list of approved medications from my doctor. I find that two makes me too groggy the next day and one doesn't do crap so I do 1 1/2 (even before pregnancy) and it does the job. Fortunately, I don't need it often but if I have a spell of insomnia I will.
Re: Tylenol PM
Tylenol PM is on my doctor approved list. I would take just one of the extra strength.
