We're sick

Last week I had a fever for a day, accompanied by body aches all week.
This week I started my period.
And both LO I have the drippy noses sneezes.
I have to get up to blow my nose in the middle of nursing, he sneezes.
We're miserable.

Besides trying to suck out the gunk, what else can I do for him?

We use a humidifier and the Vick's waterless vaporizer when they're stuffy. Hope you guys feel better!

Try saline nose spray for infants!  That really helped Logan when his nose was all stuffed up.

Ditto!  We use the saline spray and love it.

I've been using the saline spray, the suction bulb, Kleenex.
I can't tell If the saline spray is helping it get dry. I'm suctioning wiping nonstop, using saline every so often. I feel so bad for him
