Turkey on the BBQ

I know Nita was interested, and figure some of you other ladies might be, too.  I asked MIL how she did the turkey on the bbq and it is super straightforward.  She basically prepared it as if she was going to roast it in the oven, put it over water in an aluminum pan  and put it on the bbq.  She basted a couple of times, and that was it.  It was delicious, and took less time than it would have in the oven.

That sounds super easy! If I ever have to bake a turkey, I might have to do it this way!
