Does fenugreek really work?

Does fenugreek really work?  And if so, how many more ounces per pumping session did it get you?  Is the maple smell side effect anmoying?

Yes!!! If you take enough... I take three pills three times a day. Idk how many extra ounces now but it went up and up week after week. I don't notice the maple smell.

Agreed on the liquid stuff--it's disgusting (I think it tastes like a Jager shot mixed with rubbing alcohol, but you only take a tiny bit at a time), but it worked better for me than the pills ever did. 

I took the liquid 4x a day & smelled like maple syrup; the smell didn't bother me though...there are worse things to smell like!

I don't know exactly how much more I got per pump session, but it definitely did increase my daily total to where I could freeze a bag (4oz) a day for a while.

You can find the liquid stuff at Whole Foods--it's MotherLove More Milk Plus (in a blue bottle).

The liquid form is NASTY. I would describe it as maple syrup flavored everclear. But it works better than the capsule form. I addded it to a few ounces of soda or juice so I could choke it down. It is more expensive though. I got a bottle for $12 and it lasted about two weeks, I think I got a bottle of capsules for maybe $6 and it lasted two weeks. 

It is pretty gross. I don't even know how to describe it.  I heard that you get better results with the liquid form so that is why I went with it.  I am definately not enjoying it, but it is worth it if I can get my supply up.
