Ultrasound results not good

I'm 7w4d and my OB performed a trans-vaginal ultrasound at my appt. today. She couldn't find a sac. She thought there might be something higher up in my uterus that she couldn't see with her equipment so she is sending me for a more sensitive scan tomorrow at a diagnostic center. She also drew blood to check my Hcg levels (which were 2400 at 5 weeks). Not feeling too positive rights now. =(
