DD is Evangelina Mari. I wanted to have Evie and Emmi. The names we came up with to accomplish that are. Emanuela, Esmerelda, Emilia. I also Like Rosalie, Sonia and Constance. My Mom said Evie and Emmi are too cutesy and I should go with another choice. WDYT? Middle name will be Faith.

For a boy we like Roman, Santiago and Vincent. Lol no one was a fan of any of them. Middle name will be Augustine. Are they just boring or am I offbase?

I agree with your mom.  The names are really cutesy, and a little too similar for me.  Out of your other names, I really like Sonia. I also really really like Vincent for a boy.

some other Em names are emmaline and emberlynn. I feel like emanuela and esmerelda sounds very latina, NMS just because of that. emilia is beautiful, i love rosalie too. Again, roman and santiago sounds very latino. I love vincent, we picked that name as our mn if we have a boy.

I think Evie and Emmi are a bit much, but of your names, I really like Rosalie, and if you want to use NNs, Evie and Rosie isn't quite as cutesy. It's very similar, but I much prefer Rosalind to Rosalie.

As for your boy names, I LOVE Augustine for first or middle name. I like Roman Augustine, but they're almost like the same name, from an historical standpoint, haha. Have you considered Rowan? Only one letter difference, but I think it might be more well received.

Neither my DH or could agree on a name and over thought the whole thing. I think if you know you love a name, go for it! who cares if its too cutesy...babies are cute! and when they are older I highly doubt "Emmi & Evie" will travel as a pair as much as they would when younger.

 

Emmeline is a pretty name.

LOVE Emmeline and Emilia-I say go for it if you like it. I think its cute. I also like Rosalie.

For a boy I vote Roman!

I do too, I wanted to have both to be prepared but I really think this is a boy. Which is why this was so much easier for boy names than girl names.

Augustine is a family name as is Faith. And DH said the same thing about Roman Augustine as a name lol

Lol you cant see my last name so I was confused for a second but we are Hispanic.

I think Rosalie and Constance are very cute with Evangelina although I think Rosalie Faith flows better.

I don't think your boy names are boring.  I love Augustine and I like Roman and Vincent.

I really like Constance-- what a beautiful name.  Connie and Evie is a darling sibset.

 

I don't think your boys names are boring either, IMO.  Of the three my favorite is Roman, however that might be to much with Augustine.

I don't mind Evie and Emmi given that they have full names they can choose to use when they reach the age of choice.

I probably would avoid an Emmi name as well.  I like Sonia, I think that would go really well with Evangelina. 

For the boy names, I think Roman or Vincent would go well.

Love Esmerelda! Not too cutesie at all! The whole names are lovely and elegant and they can choose to go by them as adults if they like, but the nn's are great for them as little girls!
