I had slight cramping that reminded me of BH in my last pregnancy when I sneezed. Also, slightly nauseous and water tasted different.
What gave you that "I know I'm pregnant" feeling?
I tested 4 days before my missed period. I felt like we had great timing this last cycle.
How long did you TTC before testing positive?
Since August 2012. So, 2 months/cycles total.

We were only truly trying this past cycle, so I definitely didn't expect to get pregnant so quickly. I had been charting for about 3-4 months so I knew roughly when I would ovulate and how long each cycle was (34-35 days). I knew when I ovulated, and didn't think much about it until about 6-7 days later when I felt some cramping.
Since I almost never experience cramps, even during my period, I felt like that could possibly be a sign of implantation. I continued to get cramps in the evening for a few days (and still do) and also experienced extreme fatigue a couple of days, was pretty gassy lol, and had sore nipples. I just felt different, but of course wondered if it was "all in my head." My husband was totally convinced I wasn't pregnant, because we just expected it to take a lot longer.
By the time I got my BFP at 10 dpo, I was starting to notice an increased sense of smell and sore breasts. I had quite a few symptoms, but I know there's a lot of women who don't have many symptoms at all and still get their BFP.
It's different for everyone. And everyone has a different "normal."
What symptoms did you experience before testing positive? My lower back ached and my period was late.
What gave you that "I know I'm pregnant" feeling? I didn't feel quite 'right'. I had an aversion to alcohol, didn't want to drink at all..and the sore back (I thought I overdid it at yoga). But nothing tipped me off until the missed period.

What symptoms did you experience before testing positive? Not saying all of these were real symptoms, but I wrote them down...Round Ligament Pain by my hip bones, itchy eyes (maybe just my contacts), emotional (but it was hurricane Sandy and I live in Brooklyn), veiny breasts, 24 hour flu on 10dpo. BFP 12dpo. Again I have no idea if all of those were pregnancy symptoms or just coincidental.
What gave you that "I know I'm pregnant" feeling? Nothing really. I guess the RLP was very different than the previous month, so I thought just maybe... but I honestly had fewer overall symptoms than my month with BFN.

1. Mostly sore boobs. Then, I missed my period by about 2 weeks and that's when I decided to test.
2. Yah, I still don't have that feeling, even though I've had the pregnancy confirmed by hormone and u/s! Other than feeling off and bloated, and losing my appetite, and feeling UGH some days..there is no "I am pregnant" feeling. I don't even know what you mean by that. Like an intuition? No. Some days, I still feel like my regular self. Other days, I feel like crap.
3. A year.

Fun facts: Pregnancy symptoms are cause by hcg. Pregnancy tests detect scant amounts of hcg. If you're experiencing symptoms, there's plenty of hcg in your system to turn a test positive. If the test is negative, the symptoms are either in your head or PMS symptoms.

-Mild cramping/"flutters" (hard to explain), enlarged breasts, super fatigue, emotional/mood swings, and missed period.
What gave you that "I know I'm pregnant" feeling?
-All the combined symptoms and convictions told me for sure I was, but I took a test too early I guess and it was negative, so I dropped the whole idea up until the missed period and was happily surprised.
