? about Charlie's Soap

I know Charlie's is not a disinfectant.  Do I need to add something to my wash every time?  Occasionally?  Do I not need anything as long as LO doesn't have some sort of infection/rash?

They told me to add something with every wash.

I'm currently doing some vinegar in the rinse cycle and occasionally add a tbl of bleach to the wash.

Cottonbabies (makers of BG) states to use bleach 1/4 cup once a month with your diapers to disinfect.  No detergent for cloth diapers will disinfect.
