Resouces to find vbac friendly practice...

Where is the best place to find vbac friendly practices?  I'm still too early on in my pregnancy and don't want to go around asking people.  Is there a list somewhere online?  Yelp?  Something?  Thanks :)

  • You can contact your local ICAN chapter.

But honestly, I googled "VBAC doctors in XXX area" and found a ton of reviews on my doctor.

Same here.  I also looked on some web forums--Mothering.com's Finding Your Tribe, and then a local forum for moms in my area--and searched for VBAC doctors/midwives.  I kept seeing one doctor's name mentioned so I gave him a call.

In addition to the suggestions above, I called some doulas and asked for their recommendations.

I would try midwifes and I also did this, because googling got me nowhere. The Doulas were really helpful!
