White lips

So I noticed that ds lips look white on the inside. Not white blotches but all white. I have a call into the pedi but wondering if anyone has any insight. He is ebf.

    Lo is 7 weeks old. And no it does not wipe off. It's not blotchy or patches it's all of his lips on the inside of his mouth. Its only really visible when he pouts his bottom lip or his mouth is open. He is his normal self and eating having wet and dirty diapers.

    My lo had white lips for the first few months.  It was calous/dead skin.  after a day they would peel and I would pick them off or find them stuck to me after nursing.
