motrin/tylenol combo, how long before calling the pedi?

I'm pretty sure DD just has a stomach virus that needs to run its course, but I've been alternating motrin and tylenol for almost 24 hours and her temp still isn't getting under 102. I feel like we went through this so much earlier on, but nobody has been sick in a little over a year and I just don't remember. How long before urgent care or a call to the pedi? TIA!

    If I'm reading your post correctly it sounds like you are saying your daughter is not responding to the motrin/tylenol?  If that's the case I would call your pedi.  If she's responding, but it keeps going back up I think you would be safe to wait another day or two.
