Hi all! Hope you ladies are having a fabulous weekend. I'm working with a very outdated check in list due to my desktop computer, where all of the current check in stuff was, dying.
If you would like to be added, please answer these questions in a post below:
1) What is your name (if you want to share)?
2) When did you start TTC (month/year)?
3) What is your diagnosis, if you have one?
4) What treatments have you done?
**Please post at least once monthly so I know you are still active and I can keep the list up to date. If you go more than 4 weeks without posting, you?ll be removed. If you want to be added back just post your info again and I?ll gladly add you back on. Thank you!!**
If any information I have listed needs changing or if you want anything added please be sure to let me know so I can update. Good luck, everyone!!
I'm currently working on getting the BFP and 3T birth lists up to date.
QOTW: What is your favorite thing about Thanksgiving?

Re: 3T Weekly Check-In
Hi Sarah! I'm glad that things are calming down a bit for you at work, and hope you are doing well!
Im waiting to start IVF meds this week. My meds should be here Tuesday, Lupron starts Thanksgiving, and stims the week after! I am excited to get this show on the road, but its kinda overwhelming to think about that we have spent all this time and effort to conceive over the past almost two years, and hopefully it will finally happen! I haven't really even begun to consider the next step(actually being pregnant) because IF has sort of consumed everything.
Other than that, all is well. I'm just trying to kick a nasty cold before I start Lupron- I'm so over being sick! It's been 5 days and counting now
Happy Sunday All!!
ETA: I forgot the QOTW: my favorite thing about thanksgiving is just being able to spend time with my family. Since DH and I work nights in restaurants, we don't get a lot of sit down home cooked meals with family, so I always enjoy special holiday meals. We also usually make these ham crescent rolls with Virginia country ham-- delishious!!

Hi Sarah, glad you're back to posting! Holy ballz the list is huge!
As for me, break month 7 is chugging along but of course this month I've had a major acne breakout making me think I should test on Tuesday. Ah the Mindfluck that is IF. But with the holidays, I feel January will be here before I know it.
QOTW: My favorite thing about Thanksgiving on even years is making my family's Sweet Potato Casserole for my IL's dinner. (It has brown sugar & crumbled walnut topping that is so yummy!). But on odd years where we go to my family - it's my mom's Cornbread stuffing, I will miss it so much this year since my MIL makes a two stuffings which I find both too funky. One has oysters (ew) and another has apples and sausage (wha?). But I do love my IL's tradition of going and cutting down their own tree and so happy I have the weekend off to get to do it this year.

I know it's huge! And that's not even including the successes! I know there are people that need to be removed from this list and others that need to be added (which was going to take too much time this morning to do). It's been so long since the full check in has been posted, I forgot how huge it is.
Let me get this right. Your MIL puts OYSTERS IN the stuffing? No thank you. I'll pass on that. As for the apple and sausage stuffing, I'd give it a try. I don't mind apples in my stuffing, but I'm not sure about the sausage.
Edited: Apparently I can't spell.
Dx PCOS (June 2006, re-confirmed March 2012), Anemia (May 2010-Still fighting to correct it), Fibromyalgia (May 2011)
Initial b/w - normal
HSG (March 2012) revealed right tube open and looking great. Left tube deformed with hydrosalpinx.
Lap (April 2012) Removal of left fallopian tube. Right tube open and viable, but "rather enlarged." NO evidence of endometriosis...Uterus looks beautiful and "very capable" of carrying a pregnancy!
October 2012 - Clomid 50mg + trigger + IUI = BFN
With all factors taken into account, RE is recommending IVF. Planning on moving forward with treatment as a single woman using DS by Summer 2013.

I LOVE PIGGING OUT ON THANKSGIVING! YUM I can not WAIT!
Update: clomid is done and Injects started last night. I go in for my monitoring appointment Wednesday. I was supposed to go in on thanksgiving but can't for obvious reasons. Depending upon how that goes, we plan to trigger that night and IUI #3 on Black Friday morning. We shall see!
QOTW: I love the food!!!! Oh and family but fav is food! Lol
Thanks for doing the check in!
We're still trying to get IUI #3 to happen.. no response last cycle, so we're doing 5mg of letrozole / ovidrel trigger again this cycle, hoping that it will get us to that IUI #3!
We did have our first brief conversation with our RE about IVF... not a full fledged consult, but it was the first time he's brought it up with us, since his policy is normally 3 IUIs before moving on. So I'm nervous about that (we are 100% OOP) but still holding on to some hope.
Me: 32, DH: 34 / TTC since February 2011 / SA: all normal, HSG: all clear! / on Lovenox for anticardiolipid antibodies

Hi, everyone! Glad you are back, Sarah!
Our break cycle is almost over - I'm expecting AF today. I'm just hoping that the cyst is gone so that we can back on the IUI train.
QOTW: My favorite part of Thanksgiving is gone this year.
I used to bake all the family recipes with my grandmother a few days before Thanksgiving, but she passed away in the spring. And now I'm just not looking forward to the holidays at all.
TTC #1 since March 2011
1 medicated TI cycle & 4 clomid IUIs = all BFNs

Hi loves! Sarah I misseded you and your check ins. Muah!
Update: We're going through our first IVF. I trigger tonight (eepp!) for a Tuesday ER and a Friday or Sunday ET. I have a new DX of DOR that we discovered during this IVF cycle. I'm having a tough time with it but am already doing the only real "treatment" already with IVF. Soooo.. Here's hoping. I had 6 mature follies at the last check and one I hope will catch up.
QOTW: This year everything will be so messed up that I'm going to love it. My momma is living with us while going through radiation/chemo and I already can't go anywhere on Thanksgiving because I'll be feeling yucky after ER (or I'm using that as my excuse).. so I'm spending Thanksgiving with my mom and MH, on the couch, eating turkey.
I can't wait.
thanks for posting this! I'm Molly and started TTC Dec 2011 but the fun quickly ended when I was diagnosed with PCOS. I didn't respond to oral meds so I'm on to injects and in my first 2WW!
I love seeing my family for Thanksgiving but since we can't travel home this year I'm going to be thankful I won't be asked a million times when we are having kids. Instead we are going skiing!
Hi Sarah, I would love to be added thanks!

Right now, we are taking a treatment/charting break. My husband had carpal tunnel surgery on one hand Thursday and the second hand is in 8 weeks so it is giving me some time to focus on myself and I am going to try to loose some weight. We hope to start back with treatments after the new year.
QOTW: What is your favorite thing about Thanksgiving? The food! I love to bake - especially pies. Pumpkin pie is my favorite but I only make it this time of year.
1) My name is Robyn.
2) We've been TTC since June 2011.
3) No Diagnosis Yet
4) This is my second cycle on Clomid 50mg.
QOTW: I love the food.

3- Hypothyroidism and MFI (low morphology)
4- Currently on Clomid/trigger/IUI cycle #2. We will do a total of 3 IUI's before moving on to IVF.
My favorite thing about Thanksgiving is that it is a holiday EVERYONE in the country can celebrate/enjoy. It's not religious so no one is "left out." It's a special, national holiday that brings us together with family. I am looking forward to MIL's homemade noodles and my sweet potato casserole.
Hi everyone. I feel like I have been a bit MIA. I'm sorry.
We did IVF #1 this month. Beta is tomorrow. I'm definitely nervous. Unfortunately my grandfather passed away this weekend. I went home to my mom's today. I really hope it's positive tomorrow but its going to be hard to be excited through the grieving process, especially being around family 24/7 for the next 6 days. We weren't planning on telling anyone for several weeks if its positive. Obviously, it's not going to be something I will be ready to celebrate right away if its positive. We shall see.
QOTD: My favorite part of thanksgiving is definitely getting together with extended family (I know, so original)
1- Monica
2- Started July 2011-2 early losses since then.
3- MFI with low morph and motility, found that I carry the MTHFR gene as well.
4- This is our first treatment cycle, Clomid 100mg+trigger+TI. DH is hesistant about doing IUI until we repeat the SA after 3 months of Fertiaid and CoQ10, that should be coming up in December.
My favorite thing about Thanksgiving: Eh, I'm not really into Thanksgiving...usually I end up working (I'm a nurse practitioner).

Hi! It's been a long time since I have posted. We are moving into our first IVF after two failed IUIs, one of which was ectopic. I started Lupron last night and will call when I start my next cycle so we can start stims.
QOTW: My favorite thing about Thanksgiving is being able to be home with my family. It's the one time a year I get to take a break from it all and just hang out with my family who lives 2000 miles away.
Here is my check in:
1. Jill
2. 04/2010
3. "Unexplained" but DH has sliiiightly lower motility
4. Currently finishing 2nd cycle of clomid, out of three tries. I also do acupuncture, reflexology, and receive guidance from a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner. Very real possibility of IUI starting in May (we have two destination weddings to get out of the way first).
QOTW: I'm in Canada, so we already had Thanksgiving there
but my favourite thing has gotta be the turkey!
Best of luck to everyone else!
Reserved a semi-known proven donor in August .
Waiting for consult/screening and protocols with estimated fresh cycle timing in October
Hi babe! I've missed being here doing the check-ins. I feel bad I've missed so many because life has been so crazy.

With all factors taken into account, RE is recommending IVF. Planning on moving forward with treatment as a single woman using DS by Summer 2013.

We're doing 150 mg of Clomid this time. Unfortunately, we're doing TI which is not what I wanted to do. When we met with the RE, he basically talked DH out of doing IUI this time. He said we should do TI one (or two!) more times. I'm kind of annoyed, I was ready to move on. But we'll see what happens. I have my CD12 ultrasound on Friday. I'm kind of hoping I need one before then because I work until 1 am Friday and then work again at 12:30. And my ultrasound is at 8:30.
QOTW: I love pecan pie. But I work on Thanksgiving so it kind of ruins the day anyway.
so sorry for your loss, I remember losing my grandpa it was so hard. Good Luck with Beta! FX for ya!
Hey everyone! I'm winding down the 2ww, as my third IUI was two weeks ago today. Surprisingly, I haven't tested yet but just because I know I can't stomach seeing another negative right now and I am 99% sure I'm out. So, I'm just waiting for AF to show.
I love just having a lazy day with family and stuffing myself with comfort food. Nothing better!
We are just waiting on DH's post-op SA - 3 weeks out!
QOTW: I love being able to see family. We live 6 hours away, so we really only see them around the holidays.
