Hi ladies! I'm a first time mamma to be, I'll be 10weeks tomorrow. I'm 28 and DH is 30. I'm a physical therapist and he is a college swim coach so we both love to stay active and fit but it comes much easier for DH. When I sit around I can gain weight easily so I'm trying to stay within the recommended range (so far 0-1lbs). I've had less energy in the last couple of weeks so I have slowed down a bunch with any running/jogging I've tried to do. I did discover that I can get a decent workout on an elliptical (before I was never a fan).
I figured this would be a great board to lurk around for motivation from some of y'all that sound amazingly fit!!
