Can I take dramamine?

We are EBF. We will be flying cross-country on Monday. I usually take dramamine when I fly, and I forgot to ask the pediatrician about it last week. Is it okay to take? Is there something else/better to take while nursing?

I always feel dry when I fly, but I always take dramamine, so it's hard to know if it's the flying or the dramamine. I definitely don't want to risk not having enough milk, so I am not going to risk it. Anything else you recommend for motion sickness?
