Beep&Boop Behavior Mod App?

Does anyone use Beep&Boop (iphone app) for behavior reinforcement? I am very intrigued. We are having lots of behavior issues right now and we've used other rewards based tools, but they are mostly focused on doing chores/jobs rather than behavior.

This one gives 1 point/-1 point when there is a positive/negative behavior. But it also makes a  positive/negative sound  when you hit the button, so I wonder if that auditory piece would be helpful. They work towards some sort of reward of your choice.
