New to The Bump

Tech question not answered by the Tech Q&A Blog

I wanted to start a Bump blog, but when I got to edit it, it tells me my account is still pending approval and that I need to go to my User Profile to send an email to validate my email address. Except when I click on the link to go to the user profile, it's just the My Bump page, but has no direction whatsoever as to where to go to generate that email. I tried settings, but it's not there.

 

Anyone had this problem before they tried to make their blog?
I initially created an account with the Knot that just carried over to the bump.
