We have it but haven't started using it yet (babe isn't born yet).
We liked it because of the tiny fit system (we are not sure if we will use an infant seat or not) and it's ability to last for years. The fabric is really nice and the seat is big but not absolutely huge.
Our good friends have this seat for their daughter and love it.
Sorry I don't really have a real review, but I just thought I'd throw it out there that we do have it and we're excited to use it next month!
I've done an ungodly amount of car seat research and this seat was one of my top picks in the end. I ended up with the Peg Perego convertible because I got an amazing price on it but I strongly considered this seat. It's supposed to be great - long lasting, easy to use, etc.
This lady does excellent car seat reviews and the Pria is on her list of recommended seats.
I'm on the mobile site so I can't see the pic, but based on another comment about the tiny fit system, I'm assuming its the maxi cosi pria. The pria is a nice seat, but it's big and heavy. It has to be in certain recline positions based on the weight of the child. I definitely reccomend trying it out before you buy it. Try each recline position to make sure it fits. They just came out with a version if the pria that doesn't have tiny fit too.
