Beyond diapers

I have a question about the potty training phase of toddlerhood.

 My LO is 6 weeks so I still have a while to go, however I am new to CDing and my mother asked me last night about potty training.  

What is the next bumwear past diapers for those that are CDing?

There's lots of cloth training pants. If that's what you are asking.

Edit: pants is a strong word, just trainers, like underwear.

No experience with any specific brands yet, but there are a variety.

We're quickly approaching that stage and I've kind of begun to wonder what others have done.  If DD was in disposables, we probably wouldn't change much, but we're using pre-folds, so that seems like it would be complicated in the bathroom.  When we get closer to I think I'm going to get training pants.

It was very cheap to make and I plan to reuse them with DD who is just starting to potty train.
