I need to get a little heater for G's room. I know we just talked about this a week or so ago, but I have a more specific question.
Does anyone have a space heater that is virtually silent? I bought one that was very quiet when it was running but when it cycled on and off it made a clicking noise that woke her up.
I spent several hours yesterday researching this but couldn't quite find one I was confident in. Help, please?
Re: Rec your space heater, please
Ncc, that ones really cute.
Ms, I've been looking at something like that. It'll only really be on when she's sleeping so it isn't a huge deal if it gets warm to the touch. She tends to understand hot=don't touch.
Thanks for the recs.
I have this one in our room. I never hear clicking, only blowing. It is really quiet. Its baby friendly because when it is knocked over, it turns off and it doesn't feel hot to the touch. And it gets a lot of touching!

We've had several of these over the years. I love that is so small, quiet and never hot, even one bit. I keep it off if he's playing in his room, but it's always on while he's sleeping.
We have one in baby's room because the vents don't blow very strong in there. But we also keep one near the top of the stairs near all the bedroom doors because we lose a lot of heat in that space with the tall ceilings. We keep one in our master bath because it has tall ceilings and ceramic tile...Brrrr! My husband swears these little $50 heaters pay for themselves in a couple months because they cut our heating bill waaaay down. I def. recommend them to everyone.
The only negative is that we've had some that didn't last more than a year or two. But, like I said, we keep buying them because they seem so safe and save so much money, they're still worth it!
