Fleece liners to protect from non-CD safe cream

So, I got some non-CD safe rash cream as gifts, and was thinking I'd make some fleece liners if/when I need to use it. My question is: how do I wash the liners? I'm obviously assuming I don't wash them with my CDs. Do I just wash them completely separately? Should I still use my CD detergent? Thoughts?

 Trying to think ahead here....

You will need to wash them separately. I wash mine with towels. I've found with experience that some zinc oxide creams wash out of fleece easily, while others don't.

I wash mine with towels and I rub them together with a few drops of dawn first.

I actually don't separate mine and just wash all together and haven't had any issues. We rarely use non CD safe cream- I'd say she's only had 3-4 rashes in a year. I don't really find there's any chance for buildup since I'm using it so sparingly. As a preventative I use the Grovia magic stick and that has always worked really well.

Sorry, jumping in here. Which creams have you found to wash out the best?
