Excited and anxious!

Hi, everybody!  I'm 5w3d after a m/c at 6 weeks last year, and I'm finding a lot of comfort in reading the posts on this site.  Last year's pregnancy was a surprise, and so is this one, but in the interim we got married and bought a house, so at least things are more stable now.   

I've got a herniated disc at L4-L5, which I've had for more than 10 years...I'm hoping that won't cause too much of an issue, it's already causing me some pain.  I'd love advice, if anyone's got experience with that!
