 What are some PAL challenges you have faced recently? QOTW: What are some of your favourite holiday traditions you have with your family? Open Topic. What is on your mind this week?

Where are you in your PAL journey?   Eva will be two months on Sunday.

 What are some PAL challenges you have faced recently?  Eva developed a case of thrush that we are passing back and forth so we are working on getting rid of that.

QOTW: What are some of your favourite holiday traditions you have with your family?  Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday because we all head to my aunt's house to celebrate.  I come from a large family so it is nice to have one holiday where I get to see everyone.

 

Open Topic. What is on your mind this week?  Starting new holiday traditions as a family now that Eva is here with us and how to include Sophia in those traditions.

  Where are you in your PAL journey? Gabriel is 9.5 months old.  And into EVERYTHING!   What are some PAL challenges you have faced recently? He has to have surgery on Dec 18th and must be completely put under for it, I am a mess..Like full on panic attack mess.  I am so freakin scared it isn't funny.    I keep remembering the last time my baby was left without me in a hospital room, I never held her again....I don't know how I will handle this at all.   QOTW: What are some of your favourite holiday traditions you have with your family? We play cards on Christmas eve and I love staying up with Michael to put the big toys together.  I am so excited to see the kids open presents this year!    Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? Getting prepared for Thanksgiving, that is about all.

Hi girls....I know it's been a while.  You'll still have me??? 

Where are you in your PAL journey?  Emma will be 5 months this Sunday.  5 months.  Where has the time gone?

 What are some PAL challenges you have faced recently? Logan's 2nd birthday and angelversary.  I've been so busy and overwhelmed between work, being a wife, and now a mother to a living child that I wasn't sure how'd I'd feel on those milestone days.  They took me off guard even though I planned for them.  I also have the most random anxiety attacks where I'm terrified Emma isn't breathing when she's alseep in another room.  It totally sucks.

QOTW: What are some of your favourite holiday traditions you have with your family?  Opening 1 present on Christmas Eve ....pajamas for Christmas morning.  I'm excite to get Emma her first Christmas pajamas.  We'll also be purchasing a toy for Toys for Tots that would be age appropriate for Logan if he were still here.  It's my way of buying him things and teaching Emma to pay-it-forward.

 

Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? I'm feeling down and over all overwhelmed.  I'm so grateful it's the weekend.  I think this month in general always has an undertone of sadness that I cannot shake.  The tiredness isn't helping.
