Rewards and Help needed please

DS goes to a special needs preschool and they reward him and give him stickers when he does a specific task. He has been diagnosed with pdd-nos and they want to re-evaluate him next September.

The problem is: he eats the stickers and they have stopped giving him stickers and his classmates have not gotten any stickers either because of him.

I do a sticker chart at home. Are there any other rewards to give out?

I was thinking maybe they should do individualized charts in their cubbies.

DS has been hitting and swinging at adults when he does not want to do something. He even has tried to bite too.

I just don't know what to do and need some advice please.

What about a bead jar? Every time he does a task he gets to put a bead in a jar. When the jar is full he gets a special snack, toy, etc.
