nausea and ginger

Nausea and not morning but all day sickness has kicked in full gear. What are your top ways of dealing with this? I have seen people post about ginger candies. Where do I find these? I never had any sickness with DS so this is all new.

    I've heard Trader Joes has ginger candies. Someone also posted about ginger gum... I really want to know where I can find that!

    i find that it's best to not let my stomach get empty, snack on some crackers, veggies, fruits throughout the day. You can probably find ginger candies in a store like whole foods, Earth Fare, or in the organic/health section of a grocery store. GL!!

    Anything ginger helps. You can get ginger cookies too... also, ginger ale really helps me.

    My acupuncturist swears by cutting raw ginger in half and rubbing it on the inside of your wrist. First time I've ever heard that... I've been feeling okay so far, but then again I only found out about 2 days ago. Keeping this trick in my back pocket though just in case... let me know if you try it!

    I found some of the Ginger Candies! They are very good. I did have some ginger tea after getting sick this morning and that did help. I will keep in mind the raw ginger on the wrist. I will let you know if I try it!

    You could also take a few slices of raw ginger which is super cheap, and boil them in 12 cups of water to make a ginger tea! That would be the "purest" option. LOL but Ginger Snaps sound aaaaamazing!!
