Re: Lightheaded?

  • Yes...I almost fainted in Old Navy yesterday.  I was shopping with my mom and sister and all of a sudden the room was moving and I dropped my butt to sit down on the ground.  I'm assuming it's a part of it.  I hadn't eaten in 3 hours (oh boy :)) so I ate something and felt much better.  I'm reading "What to expect when you are expecting" and it says in there that 6 small meals are better than the 3 larger meals.  Maybe that would help?

  • Yes, I've had slight dizzy spells since finding out. I think it's pretty normal. Eat and drink well, and this too shall pass. All the best!

  • Yes mam, I believe it is normal I feel this way all the time expecially when I bend over! Maybe due to the extra blood flow? not sure
  • I get lightheaded all the time. Between that and the nausea/vomiting I wish it was over.
  • I got really lightheaded and shaky on Saturday.  I sat down, got DH to get me a wet cloth for my head, drank water, and ate a little something.  After 5-10, I felt much better.
  • Just a little dizzy every now and then. Not nearly as bad as when I have a sinus infection, but definitely noticeable.

  • Yep, particularly if I stand up quickly. I've had to sit back down and put my head between my knees a few times already.
