Not eating?

Having a lot of trouble getting my 3 year old to eat lately. Even simple things like pizza or mac and cheese. I'm not even talking veggies here. She just won't eat and waits until bedtime to decide she wants a snack. I'm trying not to give in and I'll offer an apple or something healthy but this is tough. Anyone else going through this?

DD does this sometimes too - I offer her a piece of bread that she can eat in her room while we do bedtime routine.  She can pick any kind of bread she wants, get it herself, etc.  It normally only lasts like a few days.
