Pre-School and Daycare

Help me plan dinner, please!

I have some fun ingredients in my house right now and want to make something good! Here's what I have:

fresh rosemary
lemons and a lime
squash (more like butternut than like summer squash)
cucumber
green beans
red and white wine
cilantro
celery
green pepper
carrots
blue cheese
fresh mozzerella
pasta
quinoa

And I have tofu or can thaw chicken breasts, ground turkey or beef, or pork chops. I'm at a loss, but want to use some of my fresh produce. Help me out!
