People keep coming here saying they don't want "physical gifts" they want cash or gift cards. Ummm, aren't those physical things as well? They may be small, but they are still tangible items.
Maybe I'm over thinking it, but when I see something that says no physical gifts, I keep remembering that chic from last year who wanted the good vibes shower. Now that would be a nonphysical gift.
Re: "Physical gifts" just wondering
I get really disgusted when they dictate me they want cash!
I went to an old classmate's wedding and they wanted cash gift, the same couple wanted cash gifts for their baby shower a few months later! and they worded it so funny, it said envelopes appreciated! meaning cash in enevlope! I didn't go to the shower but was thinking to send them a box of enevlope and no cash!! Tacky tacky tacky!! I know in some cultures (greek, middle eastern) cash gifts are ok but you never ask for them, everyone will just give you cash, but that's only for weddings not baby showers.
That would have been awesome!
That is awesome!!
