So frustrated

The medical supply company that provides Lily's formula never informed me that the script needed to be redone.  When I called to reorder her formula they told me they'd have it sent out like normal.  Thankfully when her order didn't show up today, I called.  They had tried to contact her dr. yesterday (why didn't they call a week ago when I called in her order?!) and never received a call back.  Now I have called the dr. and the script should be sent over in time for me to get her delivery sent out for tomorrow morning.  I am hoping she has enough formula to get her through until then.  I think sometimes both the doctor and the supply company forget that if they don't get things done in a timely manner, there is a baby girl on the other end who doesn't get to eat.
