WHAT! Worked blocked FB!

How will I keep up?  Like they want me to be productive or something???

Sigh!  I will have to settle for just TB during work hours...torture!!!!

    Ohhhhh hell no my work better not. It is bad enough that the local governmnt often blocks FB and YouTube. And I can't take my iPad into my office so.... They best not be doing that.

    Yup, no facebook at work here either... That's why I'm mostly TB during business hours, and FB during the off hours. Smile

    it was blocked where I used to work too... but I found a workaround.  I opened a link in gmail and it allowed me in to FB because it wasn't a facebook.com-type simple address (and I had full access after that).  not guaranteed... but worth a shot.

    I have to do both TB and FB from my phone when I'm at work. All social networking sites are blocked. You'd think they expected me to actually work or something...

    My old work blocked EVERYTHING! The only websites I could get to from work were financial sites, some news sites, and autotrader and home searching sites. Thank goodness for smart phones!!

    my old work was the same way...sometimes they even accident blocked work related sites and then wouldn't believe you when you had to call and get it unblocked!

    Same thing when I was teaching... I was also the varsity girls soccer coach.  I couldn't access soccer.com to order our equipment!

    ETA - FB was still accessible.  figure that one out.

    Here's another workaround (my work blocks fb too, but this works for me):

    Put an "s" (no quotes) after the "http" and before the colon in the web address.

    Its super lame. Work blocked Fb and I don't have a smart phone and if they find out that you figured out a way to access FB or your personal email, you can be fired on the spot.
