Still sore and some bleeding at scar 10 weeks out?

At my 6 week pp appointment, everything was great and I felt like I was healing up well.  I'm now 10 weeks out. Over the last week, I almost feel like I have sort of re-injured myself.  I feel more soar and swollen than I did at 6 weeks. Last week I even had a small amount of bleeding on my scar.  Anyone else experience this?  

I would call the doc, but I just know they are going to tell me to come in and I really can't come in this next week as it is my first week back at work after maternity leave and that would be just great...plus, it always takes 3-4 hours to wait and be seen at my OB's office so it isn't like I can just run over there at lunch or first thing in morning.  It is usually a half-day ordeal to be seen at my OB's office.

I would take a half day and go. It sucks that you have to do that your first week back but you have to take care of yourself. If it's infected and you continue to let it go you could end up missing a lot more than one half day of work.

I am 12 weeks out and have been having some pain internally. I have heard it is just the scar tissue and its ok but if something is happening at the incision (swelling, redness, bledding) to go see the doctor. I would go in if I were you, I know its a huge pain.
