Not sure what location your looking for, but I used Megan Rigdon in Fallston for my DD's newborn pictures. I also used Megan again for my older DD's 3 year old pictures. See my siggy below. Prices were pretty reasonable too.

I have used Forever-Yesterday.com photography since I was pregnant with my first. Just had a session with Jenni on Saturday for family pictures. She is great and makes the experience enjoyable for adults and children.
