Crib or Toddler Bed?

My son has been climbing and running for months now, and the other day we were at a baby store, and he kept climbing up on one of the display toddler beds and laying on it.
It got me to thinking about switching him over to it sometime not too far off, but I'm kind of hesitant...

Crib.

I have a feeling at this point a toddler bed would be fun for her for about 8 minutes and then she'd be in and out all night. I also don't quite trust her yet in that dept.

She's staying in the crib until she escapes. I also want to go straight to a big bed. I'm not making 3 transitions.

This for us, as well. We'll just move her into a full size bed as her room doubles as our guest room and the full size bed is already there. I can't even imagine her being a toddler bed right now, she'd be roaming everywhere!

We are keeping DS in his crib until he starts climbing out of it. We bought a conversion one so it'll switch to his toddler bed

Definitely this and hopefully it'll be a ways off too.

None. She's in a double bed. We skipped the toddler bed. We moved her out of the crib around 13 months.
