Hello,

My due date is 07.06/13.  We were completely shocked to find out we were pregnant.  My husband was actually prepping for a deployment, so we knew it wasn't a good time for our first child.  we planned to start once he got back.  Well I was even on birth control, and I knew how to use it right! Well until my doctor gave me a prescription for a UTI, Well now we are pregnant and I have to do it completely on my own.  I will have my family's support but he'll be home to welcome his baby when he gets off the plane after he gets back from deployment...

Congrats hun! I totally understand how intimidating it can be, I watched my sister go through it with her second when they are stationed down at Fort Hood. Luckily the Army has some amazing resources to support you while he is on deployment. Hopefully we can all be a great source of support for you too!

Congratulations!! There is a military families board on TB as well and I'm sure you can find tons of encouragement and support from ladies there who have been through a pregnancy and deployment. Thanks to your DH for all he does for this country!!

It's great to see another army wife on here!! I had my oldest during my husband's first deployment. Rely on your support system and find some ladies that know exactly what you are going through!

Congrats and welcome! Sorry DH won't be here for here for the pregnancy but what a great thing to come home to.
