Good Evening Ladies.  Seems that this week was more eventful in a good way, some BFP's and lots of action going on for lots!! 

 

Please forgive me if I miss anyone's update. We welcome every member (graduates, current, lurkers, newbies etc.) to post an update each week. This gives us all an idea of where you are in your cycle or how you're doing. This is such a great place to meet other women in similar circumstances to share experiences, cheer each other on, get info and offer support.

Thank goodness for Queenbone to keep us out of a BFN streak! Congrats on your beta of 200!

And Suzie711?s FET BFP, beta 61.8!  We are all hoping both betas double!!

Lots of thoughts and prayers go out to all the ladies that need them this week...for healing of the heart, soul, body and mind.

Update: Four more days of BCPs for me, followed by baseline u/s and labs on the 14th.  On the 15th I start MDL and I starts stims on the 17th.

QOTW:  I like almost any shade of blue, and love cobalt.  Not sure why, maybe it's because I have blue eyes, and wearing blue really brings them out.

Update: Today is CD1 and I will start my Clomid +Trigger + IUI protocol this cycle. Getting butterflies at the thought of this working this cycle!

QOTW: I'm also a huge fan of blue, but I'm a girly, girl and pink is a go to color. I do like blue because my favorite place to be is the water. Pink? I really don't know. I didn't realize I liked it so much until I started planning my wedding

Update: AF has finally left, so now just waiting to O. Trying on our own this month. We started seeing a new RE and DH is doing his first ever SA on Tuesday. He told me he's been googling how to improve sperm count, so I think he's nervous.

QOTW: Purple! Especially a dark, fall purple. DD really loves purple too, so much more than pink, so that makes me happy too!

Update: Monday's beta @17dpIUI was 696.90. My first u/s is 11/20.

Woohoo!!! So happy for you!

I am new/old here  I will be heading in to the RE in about 3 1/2 weeks to start our LAST cycle. We will be doing low dose Gonal-F + trigger + IUI.

I don't really have a fave color...usually wear earth tones/fall colors.

Update:  The 2WW has been very stressful for me.  That's why I haven't been on lately.  I had tons of symptoms, sore/heavy boobs, lots of cm, darker nipples.  I had a positive CB digital and FRER (very light) Thursday but started bleeding Friday morning.  I am not sure what to think.  Most likely a chemical pregnancy.  I can't imagine both tests being a false positive. 

We are doing ok over here.  I went to my RE yesterday for an US.  I am moving ahead with injectibles and start tomorrow.  I am nervous.   Overall staying positive.

QOTW:  This is so hard.  My favorite color seems to change a lot.  Right now it is probably aqua blue.  I am not sure why, it makes me happy : )

Update: On CD15 and losing hope. My estrogen only started rising on CD13 but my follies are still small I have one that's 12mm. Ugh.

QOTW: Blue ... I love most shades and it looks good on me!

Update: ET was today (full update in post above). 

QOTW: My favorite color when I was younger was green and that was probably because I was obsessed with frogs. Now I gravitate much more towards red and pink. Not sure why but I love bright colors.

I got the results back from beta 2 and my numbers haven't gone up and were down to 60 from 61.8. This means I will most likely miscarry

The nurse said this is most likely what will happen although there is a chance there is a discrepancy since 2 different labs processed each blood draw. I'm not holding out hope for that though.

I'm devastated. We will go in Monday for another blood draw and go from there.

After I miscarry we will move on to fet 2

one week down as of monday blood test scheduled for the 19th. I have a vascular malformation and with extra blood flow I got a dvt after my iui with my son. Have to call pcp on monday to see if I need to contact the hematologist to get anticoagulation count to see if I need to start lovenox. I hope I can start it soon my arm is in alot of pain and my hand doesn't want to work. Favorite color purple but lately been picking up a raspberry color not sure if I am getting old and a brighter color seems to look good! good luck everyone keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Oh, no.  I wish you would have said something.  GL with the injectibles. I think it is going to be really good for you.  We are headed your way on Thursday, but DH will be with me so not a good day for a playdate, but I will really let you know the next time I am headed your way.  I swear!

Sorry I missed last weeks check in! I finally decided on an IVF clinic and DH and I have our consultation on Monday. I'm a little terrified but very excited. This is the step that we need to take so we can make decisions and move forward.

Q: to wear, my favorite is red. House decor, sage.

Update:  I have officially finished BCP, forever I hope!!!  I did not enjoy and I am glad that part is over.  I met with a new RE last week and I think we have a protocol in mind that will give better results.  I am going to be doing a week of Aygestin, then on to Lupron and stims.  We will be doing IVF#3 in Dec. if all goes well.  

QOTW:  I think I would have to say green.  I am not sure why, I guess it has a calming quality about it.  I love many earth tones, but I think green is at the top.

I'm actually sitting in my REs waiting room right now waiting for my blood draw and ultrasound. I started my stims on Thursday. Anxiously waiting for my retrieval and transfer!

My favorite color right now is turquoise. Love how vibrant it is and lately I've just been drawn to everything turquoise.

Update: Had my first monitoring appointment at Day 5 of stims on Wednesday, and thankfully everything is going/growing well, I have 4 on the left and 6 on the right though the RE says they will not all grow enough and mature.  My doses are staying the same 375 iu of Gonal F total each day and 5 iu of Lupron. My next monitoring appointment is Monday which is Day 10 of stims and they said I might trigger! This is going much smoother than my first IVF/ICSI where I stimmed too slow and for 12 days before trigger.  I am feeling very full and puffy today, Sunday, and am curious how my monitoring appointment will go on Monday morning.

Update:  Waiting on my next cycle to start to begin IVF (my first ever).  We are doing IVF without a suppression cycle.  The reason for this is that our insurance is changing in January and even though our insurance doesn't currently cover IVF, it covers meds and monitoring appts...and we have no idea what the new insurance coverage is.  A little scary since I respond so well to meds so the risk of OHSS is higher..but my RE is putting me on very low doses to try and avoid this.  So nervous and excited!

 

QOTW:  Greens/blues/purples.  Really in a green phases right now..looks good on me and it seems calming.

Today is cd11 went in for monitoring and have a 20mm follie on the left and 17mm follie on the right. They did post coital today and everything looked great. Waiting to hear what my estrogen levels are to see when we will trigger. I really hope this works because this is our last cycle for a while.

QOTW: I love red. Something about the color red just makes me happy.

Had our ET of one grade 4aa embie yesterday. Beta on the 20th. We also had 5 left to freeze! Cautiously hoping this is our cycle!

Q: love blue in every shade!

Well I am still in the 2ww about 8 DPO. I had some weird orange spotting today but I'm chalking it up to the suppositories. I just don't feel hopeful this month though. Will POAS next Sunday. Good luck to all!

Update: One week down one to go in the 2 ww. I don't feel very confident, but that may be me not wanting to get my hopes up. I'll probably test on Sunday.

I'm in the 2WW.  I had IUI #2 on 11/2 and should be ready to test this Friday, which also happens to be my birthday.  What a great gift that would be!

update: as i posted last week, started AF and am officially on break until i get bloodwork done and it is clear of cytomegalovirus (CMV), hopefully around Christmas/new years.  although i had issues getting my BCP rx filled so i was not able to start them this month, we will not be trying for TI.  I don't think we will use condoms though either, and really my statistics show that avoiding getting preggo will not be a problem.  ;P I'm just not stressing about it, not taking any OPK's, not charting, and not doing any calendar counting for the next month, then starting the BCP's like i am supposed to.  I also decided that I will pretty much stay off here for a while.  I wasn't on all weekend and i have to admit it did help me get my mind off IF since we are not currently trying.  Good luck to everyone and I will check back in in a month or so!

QOTW: i have always loved blue, because my eyes are blue and it looks good on me i love beachy cool colors though, greens, blues, grays, yellows...
