We haven't done this in a while (and I hardly noticed)!

Mine is that when DH's co-worker wrecked his truck (no one was hurt thankfully), it was actually a blessing in disguise but I won't tell that to DH. That truck was his father's and it held a lot of memories for DH; like his first speeding ticket. Since the truck was almost worthless, the arrangement was that the co-worker paid DH $2,000 for it. Then DH sold the truck for $600 as a parts truck. No one else on earth could sell that truck completely wrecked for $2,600! Well since the accident, we got a notice from the IRS. Turbo Tax messed up and we owe $1,000 from last year's taxes. Then our water heater went the same weekend of DS's first b-day party. So yeah, I'm thankful that we didn't have to find all this money in our already tight budget right before Christmas!

My inlaws are coming this weekend tO celebrate DS birthday on Monday. My inlaws annoy me to no end. This is going to be a really tough weekend. They think everything on earth is about them. They refused to come for the party next saturday because they decided to go to Turks and Caicos for my fils sisters birthday which is more then two weeks later ugh! I will be livid if they ruin my sons first birthday.

I am getting really fed up with DH only doing dishes occasionally, while I do dinner, care and spend time with DS... because H feels a game is more important and then sleeps all day. I'm usually the one to get DS down for naps and bed, plus make sure we have dinner! I haven't had the energy to do any cleaning, or I have but DS has been wanting me to hold and not leave him alone to play.

DH and I have sex once, maybe twice a month. My confession: sometimes I feel like even that is too much. Things aren't 100 percent back to "normal" down there, and I'm still breastfeeding, so I feel like my hormones are still out of whack and I have no sex drive.

My confession is that DH sleeps in the guest room sometimes b/c he likes the bed better.  And I like having the bed to myself.  When DD wakes up at 3 or 4, I bring her in bed with me and we snuggle for the rest of the night.  My other confession is that I bedshare with her and absolutely love it.

And my final confession is that I hope DD likes her birthday presents from mommy and daddy the best.
