Eczema cream?

DS is now 2 years old, and I've managed not to need any diaper cream until now...but the doctor just said yesterday the little patches on his butt are eczema.  She said basically any greasy cream would work, but can anyone help me out with the best way to treat it without screwing up my diapers?
