I was supposed to fly up to Silicon Valley today for a day work trip.  It would have meant I would have been away from the house for ~13hrs, from 7a to 8p.  I knew leaving my house with only 30min to get to the airport was cutting it close with morning traffic, but since I really didn't want to leave I did it anyway.  Long story short, I missed my flight and I am actually pretty happy about it. LOL!

I couldn't find Mason's apple core yesterday, and even though I finally just noticed it in the TV stand, it is still sitting there because I am taking 15 minutes to relax. I have gained over 25lbs this pregnancy, and I am only 32 weeks along. There was a scheduling mistake next week, and I got scheduled one less shift than usual. It means losing out on hundreds of dollars, but I just can't make myself pick up an extra shift. I have never been able to say no to the free donut they offer with every coffee at my Dunkin Donuts. Never. Not once. I don't like that Mason thinks I should share it with him. All of my confessions involve being fat and lazy. Of the thousands of photos I have on memory cards, I don't have a single photo of Mason on display in my home.

We have a handmedown dropside crib from a friend that we've been using since DD started sleeping in her room at 4 mos. It's assembled correctly and I've never worried about it. Oooooh the horror!

I just got snarky with my mom...on her anniversary...she put up a FB status about being married 27 years today and mentioned how grateful she is for her granddaughter my DD and the new grand baby on the way...I've received a handful if messages and a text because people think I'm pregnant again...in reality it's my brother and his fianc...a d they're due in April. Slap in the face thank you very much!

And one more. I'm totally 110 jealous if my brother and his fianc. They weren't trying, she never wanted kids, and the whole nine yards...I'm hoping this gets better...right now it's just frustrating...I'm so happy for him, but I just want to cry....we were due a month before them...ugh

I'm so sorry. That must be so hard to deal with, and I don't think anyone would blame you for feeling that way.

I feel ya with all the digital pics and not having any printed.  I do have some printed (mostly from 6 months and less) but I am horrible at printing pics.  And when I do it costs me over $100 because I have to print so many.

And PS- you're aloud to be lazy, you are over 30 wks, have a 15 month old and work!  Give yourself a break

Sometimes I use my hair to floss my teeth. Not all my teeth. Just if I have something stuck and I am too lazy to go upstairs to get the floss.

One more, because it just happened: I've had a sippy cup of milk sitting in my sink for a few days now. I haven't been able to get it open, so it just sat there waiting for me to try again. And tonight, I decided it wasn't worth it, so I threw it out. I really hated that cup because it was so annoyingly difficult to get the lid on just right, but I still feel wasteful throwing it out. But really, good riddance.

Some of these are really funny. 

I've never purchased anything from any hand-me-down type of place (CL, tag sales, good will, etc) because I'm afraid everything has roaches or fleas in it. :[

I can relate to several of these. 

1. I too, have no pictures of DD on display.  The FFFC I've been saving is that I haven't had her pics taken professionally either.  

2. I also have no baby book, nor do I intend to do one.  Besides, if I can't keep up with one now, there's definitely no hope for the hypothetical second child.

3. I've also used my hair to floss in a pinch, just once though.  The other day I thought about it because I was in the car and I needed to.

Ha, I can't think of an original confession, though!  And to clarify, I love my daughter very much, and we do have TONS of photos uploaded and backed up.  I just haven't gotten them printed.
