Contacted a new agency

Since we have officially closed the cases at our previous agency, I decided to contact a few that specialize in IA just to get info. I asked about China's net worth requirement and how they calculate it... and it turns out that education debt doesn't need to be included since those loans can be deferred.

Holy crap! That means we are $40k closer to qualifying!! Looks like 2-5 years just got cut down to 1-3 years! Yay yay yay!! I literally did a happy dance in my office yesterday when I got the email. Smile
