Symptoms are gone?

I'm now 6w2d and woke up this morning feeling totally "normal". No nausea, no sore boobs, no extreme fatigue no cramping or spotting either.

I know symptoms can come and go, but has anyone felt like all their symptoms disappeared at this point? Of course it worries me! I took another HPT this morning and both lines came up immediately, so it calmed my fears for all of 5 minutes.

Thoughts anyone?

Re: Symptoms are gone?

  • I have had Zero symptoms so far, but the nurses say everything looks great. Maybe your body is just giving you a break. The tests say you are pregnant. Keep the faith!

  • Don't worry, this is me too! I also tested at 6w1d because I was getting worried. Maybe this is just how it is.... last PG the symptoms left until about 8 weeks when the nausea and overall hormonal craziness hit. I guess just enjoy it while you can :)

  • Thanks ladies for all of the reassurance that I'm not going crazy! I never thought I'd actually wish to be a little nauseas or have sore boobs! Less than 3 weeks til my first u/s and probably the same for most us of, so I'm going to try to focus on each day and staying healthy and calm!

    Have a great day!

  • I just found out today that I'm KU, but I experienced that around 6 weeks when I was pregnant with DS. I freaked me out too!
