Staples and oozing??

Hello I had an unplanned c-section last Friday and today I noticed some oozing coming from it.  I called the dic and theybdidnt seem too concerned just told me to clean it and keep it as dry as I could.  I won't get them taken out until Monday.  I've wrapped a washcloth over the incision to soak everything up while hoping to keep it semi-dry.  Has anyone else experienced this and what did you do to stop the oozing??

Keep it dry and clean. Put a maxi pad btw the wound and your panties to catch the ooze. Make sure Dr looks at it soon and keep an eye on it. As long as fluid is clear its not infected.

This. Some oozing is normal, but if it is colored, smells, or your incision gets hot/red, call your OB.
