need tech help please

I need to create a new profile. This is my old Knot one and 1. the name involves my ex-husband who was from Toronto and while we are still great friends, it's no longer appropriate 2. I can't do anything on this stupid site becaue of the ' / ' in my name. I can view and write posts, but can't update a my siggy, check my pm's or anything because I get this stupid '404 - Error' any time I try to do something.

...and I'm frustrated...

Has anyone else suffered from this issue? I don't see where an old profile can be deactivated.

I think you can try emailing Bump Kathleen for help at community@thebump.com (it might take a while) or you can just abandon the profile and set up a new one. Just let us know who you are when you get a new screen name :-)
