Rashy face?

Ever since DD started sleeping on her tummy, she's had a small rash on her face.  I've tried Aquaphor and it doesn't seem to help.  She's also had one under in her neck folds for a month or two (!!).  Can yeast rashes happen outside of the diaper area?  She has a yeast rash down there that I just got prescription cream for yesterday.  Sigh...

I've heard of yeast rashes appearing on the tops of LOs thighs, so I don't see why they couldn't appear elsewhere on their bodies. Is her face maybe getting sweaty and irritated from laying against the sheet and mattress?

I don't see why not either...

I would try some hydrocortizone cream .5% once to twice a day, for 3 days... that is what our pedi said for us, (for excema) and it clears it up pretty quick for a about a week, I would think it would be along the same lines...

Is she spitting and laying in it at night? I know Lucas does sometimes and gets a rash.

Sometimes my little guy gets a red/rashy face because he is drooling and then laying in it when he sleeps. (That sounds like I leave him lay in it, but I think you guys get what I mean LOL) He is a tummy sleeper.

same here..ever since he started rolling over and sleeping on his tummy his cheecks seem to get rashy- I'm guessing from the drool- I was putting aquaphor on it and it was clearing it up
