I've read that loose-leaf is better, but I've seen everything from blends in tea bags (like the Earth Mama Angel Baby brand) up to just bulk red raspberry leaf. What do you drink and where did you get it?
ETA: Has anyone tried the Mama's Red Raspberry Brew from Bulk Herb Store? It's ~$16 for 1/2lb of loose tea and is a blend of RRL, alfalfa, nettle, and peppermint.
Re: Where did you buy your RRL tea?
I got the Yogi brand in bags to keep at work. I got that at the whole foods store.
I also have a loose leaf mixture with RRL, Alfalfa, Nettle and Camomile. Its not the Mama's brand, but that sounds good too. With the loose leaf, you really dont need much to make a strong tea. I generally use two spoonfuls in a mason jar of hot water. Then I add more water to make an iced tea. A little goes a long way, but the joy is you can make it to taste.

My MWs said it *had* to be loose leaf, so I bought it online through amazon (although I think the actual company was Frontier Herbs). It was about $8/lb, which is really cheap and a pound is A LOT of tea...
I drink it at home and at work (MW instructed 2-3+ cups/day during third tri). At home I have a teapot with a net insert for loose leaf tea, which is really handy. At work, I just use one of those hinged loose leaf tea holders* to make an individual serving - super easy.
